Strategic Management Associates, Inc. works and consults with public corporations, non-profit entities, governments and community based organizations. Our projects include strategic planning, community development strategy, program concept and design, leadership identification and training, leadership coaching, micro-enterprise development and environmental design and management. We generate public input for comprehensive county plans, and manage feasibility studies for urban and or regional initiatives. We also offer seminars and workshops on a variety of topics and facilitate collaborative decision conferences and issue forums.
